When hourly is the right product
Hourly is for a block of time in one part of the city: two meetings in DIFC and lunch in between, a hospital appointment where the car waits, a dinner where nobody wants to think about parking, an afternoon of showrooms along Sheikh Zayed Road. You book the hours, the driver stays with the car, and every stop inside that window is already paid for.
Past about seven hours the day rate is cheaper than counting hours. If your plan runs from morning to evening, ask for the full-day figure — AED 600 for up to ten hours — and we will tell you which is lower. We would rather quote the smaller number than sell you the wrong package.
Hourly chauffeur is different from the safe-driver service. Hourly means our car and our driver; safe driver means our driver takes you home in your own car after dinner, priced per trip from AED 80. If you came here for the second one, the safe driver page has those fares.
How the hourly fare works
The rate is AED 90 an hour with a minimum booking, and the clock runs from the pickup you agree, not from when the car leaves our yard. Waiting inside the booking is not charged on top — it is the booking. Salik, fuel and normal parking on the route are included, so a morning of errands does not come back as a list of extras.
Extending on the day is fine: message the driver or the office, and the extra hours are billed at the same hourly rate. Adding a leg to another emirate mid-booking is the one thing that changes the basis, because that is priced as a fixed intercity fare; we will say so before the car turns onto the E11.

Sedans such as the BYD Han and BMW 5 Series are the usual hourly cars. Seven-seaters and people-carriers are available by the hour for families and small groups; the day rates above give the scale between cars.
Salik, fuel and parking
Tolls on the agreed route, fuel and normal parking are inside the fare. Nothing is added up at the end of the journey.
