This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to bookings with Pindi Boys Car Rental LLC, Dubai.

1. How to cancel or amend

To cancel or change a booking, message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 809 1885 with your name and booking details.

2. Cancellation by the customer

  • Free cancellation when you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time — any prepaid rental amount is refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery, or after the vehicle has been delivered, may be subject to a charge of up to one day's rental.
  • No-shows (no contact at the delivery time) may be charged one day's rental.

3. Early returns

For early returns of daily rentals, unused full days may be refunded at our discretion. Monthly rentals are generally non-refundable for the committed month unless agreed in writing.

4. Security deposit refunds

Your refundable security deposit (or card pre-authorisation) is released after the vehicle is returned and inspected — typically within 14 days — provided there are no outstanding traffic fines, Salik charges or damage. Salik and fines are deducted at cost from the deposit where applicable.

5. Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may add a few working days.

6. VAT on refunds

Where a refund is issued, any 5% UAE VAT charged on the refunded amount is refunded accordingly.

7. Cancellation by us

In the rare event we cannot fulfil a confirmed booking (for example, vehicle unavailability), we will offer a similar vehicle or a full refund of any prepaid amount.
