These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from Pindi Boys Car Rental LLC in Dubai, UAE. By booking with us (including via WhatsApp) you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 22 years old (25 for luxury and sports vehicles) and hold a valid UAE, GCC or International Driving Permit together with a home-country licence and, for visitors, a valid passport and entry visa. Only authorised drivers named on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
2. Booking & rental period
Bookings are confirmed once we acknowledge them on WhatsApp or in writing. The minimum rental period is 2 days. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available.
3. Prices, VAT & payment
Quoted rental prices are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted by cash, card on delivery or secure online payment link. Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. Security deposit
A refundable security deposit applies as standard and varies by vehicle category. A no-deposit option is available on selected economy cars. The deposit (or card pre-authorisation) is released in full after the vehicle is returned, subject to no outstanding traffic fines, Salik charges or damage.
5. Insurance & CDW
Comprehensive insurance is included with every rental. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) to reduce your liability is available as an optional upgrade. Without CDW, an insurance excess/deductible applies to any damage. Insurance does not cover misuse, off-road use, driving under the influence, or unauthorised drivers.
6. Salik, tolls & traffic fines
Salik road tolls and any traffic fines are billed to the renter at cost, together with any applicable administrative handling where stated, and may be deducted from the security deposit.
7. Fuel
Vehicles are supplied with a set fuel level and should be returned at the same level; otherwise refuelling charges apply.
8. Delivery & collection
We offer free delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai. Delivery outside Dubai may be arranged by agreement.
9. Use of the vehicle
The vehicle must be used lawfully within the UAE, driven only by authorised drivers, and must not be used for racing, off-roading, sub-letting, transport of dangerous goods, or any illegal purpose. Smoking is not permitted.
10. Damage, breakdown & accidents
You must report any accident, damage or breakdown to us and, where required, to the Dubai Police immediately, and obtain a police report. You are responsible for the vehicle's condition during the rental, subject to your insurance/CDW cover.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
12. Cancellation
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
