These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from Pindi Boys Car Rental LLC in Dubai, UAE. By booking with us (including via WhatsApp) you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years old, and 25 for luxury, sports and exotic cars. UAE residents drive on a UAE driving licence and show their Emirates ID. Visitors need a passport with the entry stamp or visa and their original home licence, plus an International Driving Permit unless the licence is from a GCC country or one of the 25 countries on the UAE's accepted list; an IDP is valid only with the licence it was issued against. We set no minimum licence-holding period, but a licence held under six months carries compulsory CDW and a 25% new-licence surcharge. The booking must be paid with a credit card in the renter's own name. Only authorised drivers named on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
2. Booking & rental period
Bookings are confirmed once we acknowledge them on WhatsApp or in writing. The minimum rental period is 2 days. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available.
3. Prices, VAT & payment
Quoted rental prices are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted by cash, card on delivery or secure online payment link. Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. Security deposit
We do not take a cash security deposit. Instead, a refundable pre-authorization is placed on your payment card at handover as security against traffic fines, Salik charges and damage; the amount varies by vehicle category and is AED 5,000 – 15,000 on exotic cars. The card must be a credit card in the renter's own name. The hold is released in full within 21 days of the vehicle being returned, subject to no outstanding fines, Salik charges or damage.
5. Insurance & CDW
Comprehensive insurance is included with every rental. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) to reduce your liability is available as an optional upgrade. Without CDW the excess is AED 1,500 on standard cars and AED 10,000 on luxury and exotic cars; CDW costs 25% of the rental and removes that excess. Insurance does not cover misuse, off-road use, driving under the influence, or unauthorised drivers.
6. Salik, tolls & traffic fines
Salik road tolls are billed to the renter per crossing at the toll Salik charges, including the 5% VAT Salik has applied to tolls since 1 June 2026 — AED 6 in peak hours and AED 4 off-peak, which is AED 6.30 and AED 4.20 with VAT — plus an AED 1 administration fee per crossing, which also carries 5% VAT (AED 1.05) — so a Salik crossing costs AED 7.35 in total at peak and AED 5.25 off-peak. Abu Dhabi (Darb) tolls are billed at the toll charged plus the same AED 1 fee. Traffic fines are billed at the amount charged plus an AED 50 administration fee per fine, which also carries 5% VAT (AED 52.50). VAT applies to all charges as per UAE regulations. Tolls and fines may be deducted from the card pre-authorization.
7. Fuel
Vehicles are supplied with a set fuel level and should be returned at the same level; otherwise refuelling charges apply.
8. Mileage
Rentals include 250 km a day and 4,500 km a month. On a long-term lease, kilometres above the monthly allowance are charged at AED 0.50 per km. On shorter rentals the rate for extra kilometres is confirmed in the rental agreement before delivery.
9. Delivery & collection
Delivery and collection are free (7+ day rentals) anywhere in mainland Dubai, up to 80 km from our office, including Dubai International Airport. Sharjah and Ajman are free on bookings of 7 days or more; Ras Al Khaimah and Al Ain are free on monthly contracts; for Abu Dhabi the delivery fee is quoted to the drop point before booking.
10. Use of the vehicle
The vehicle must be used lawfully within the UAE, driven only by authorised drivers, and must not be used for racing, off-roading, sub-letting, transport of dangerous goods, or any illegal purpose. The car may be driven in all seven emirates but may not be taken into Oman or any other country. Smoking is not permitted: an AED 500 cleaning and smoking penalty applies, and a car returned excessively dirty may incur an additional cleaning charge.
11. Damage, breakdown & accidents
You must report any accident, damage or breakdown to us and, where required, to the Dubai Police immediately, and obtain a police report. You are responsible for the vehicle's condition during the rental, subject to your insurance/CDW cover.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
13. Cancellation
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
