Pindi Boys Car Rental
For car owners · Dubai & UAE

Rent out your car in Dubai — you earn 70%, we do the work.

Want to put your car for rent in Dubai without doing any of the work? If you own a fully paid 2024, 2025 or brand-new 2026 car, place it with Pindi Boys Car Rental — a licensed car rental management company — for 24 months. We rent it, insure it, maintain it and handle every customer — and you receive 70% of that car's net rental profit, paid to your bank every month with a full statement.

We never promise fixed or guaranteed returns. What you earn depends on how many days your car rents and its real running costs — this page shows you exactly how the numbers work before you call us.

Can I rent out my car through a company in Dubai?

Yes. In Dubai a private car can only be rented out through a licensed rental company. Pindi Boys Car Rental LLC (trade licence 969076, Ibn Battuta Gate, Dubai) takes fully paid 2024–2026 cars for a 24-month term, handles licensing, comprehensive insurance, customers and maintenance, and pays the owner 70% of that car's net rental profit every month with a written statement. There are no guaranteed returns — earnings depend on how many days the car rents. WhatsApp +971 50 470 4620 to start.

How it works

Four steps, 24 months, one honest agreement.

1

Tell us about your car

WhatsApp us the make, model, year and mileage. Eligible: not more than 2 years old (2024, 2025 or new 2026), fully paid — no loan, finance or lien — with a valid Mulkiya.

2

Sign & register

We sign a 24-month agreement. The car is registered in the company's name purely for rental licensing — the agreement states you remain the true owner and we cannot sell, pledge or use the car as security.

3

We rent & care for it

Comprehensive insurance for the whole term. We handle customers, servicing, repairs, cleaning, Salik and fines — fines and Salik are charged to the renting customers wherever possible.

4

You get paid monthly

Within 7 days after each month ends you receive a bank transfer of your 70% share, plus a statement for your car: days rented, income, costs and net profit.

What you get

  • 70% of net profit — rental income minus your car's own direct costs (insurance, registration, service & repairs, unrecovered Salik/fines, cleaning). Office and staff overhead is not charged to your car.
  • Monthly bank transfer + a per-car statement you can actually read.
  • Comprehensive insurance for the full 24 months.
  • At the end you choose: take the car back in your name, let us sell it at a price you approve with 100% of the sale price going to you (no commission), or extend in writing.
  • Exit early with 60 days' written notice.

⚠ The risks — read this first

  • No rental income = no profit share that month. Costs of idle months are carried forward and recovered from future profit.
  • Earnings move with demand and season — nothing on this page is a promise or a guarantee of returns.
  • Cars lose market value over time, like any car on the road.
  • If your car is not rented for 45 consecutive days, you can ask for a replacement car or an early return.

Estimate what your car could earn

Pick your car. We pre-fill our current monthly rental rate and an indicative market value — then change any number to match your own assumptions. Everything below is an estimate only, not a promise.

Values are indicative market estimates and will be confirmed before signing.

Income = monthly rent × utilisation. Net profit = income − costs (never below 0). A month with no rental income pays no profit share, and that month's costs carry forward. The % column uses the car value above.

        Every question, answered straight

If anything is still unclear, ask us on WhatsApp — you will talk to the founder, not a call centre.

Is it legal to rent out my private car in Dubai?
Renting out a privately registered car directly to customers is not permitted in Dubai — rentals must run through a company holding a car rental trade licence. That is exactly why your car joins our licence for the term: it makes the rental income fully legal, insured and taxable under our TRN, while the agreement keeps you the true owner.
Who owns the car? Why is it registered in your company's name?
You remain the true owner — the agreement says so in writing. The car is registered in the company's name only because UAE law requires rental cars to be on a rental company's licence. The same agreement states we cannot sell the car, pledge it, or use it as security for anything.
What if my car is not rented?
A month with no rental income pays no profit share — we never invent returns. That month's costs (insurance, registration share, etc.) are carried forward and recovered from future profit. If your car sits unrented for 45 consecutive days, you can ask us for a replacement car or an early return.
How exactly is my profit calculated?
Net profit = the rental income your car actually earned that month, minus that car's own direct costs: insurance, registration, service and repairs, Salik and fines we could not recover from customers, and cleaning. Office rent and staff salaries are not charged to your car. You get 70% of the net profit; we keep 30% for doing all the work.
Who pays fines, Salik and damage?
Fines and Salik are charged to the renting customer wherever possible. Anything we cannot recover is a cost of your car in that month's statement. Damage is covered by the comprehensive insurance (which runs for the whole 24 months); insurance excess and repairs appear transparently in the statement.
        Is the car insured?
Yes — comprehensive insurance for the entire term, as a car cost in the monthly statement.
How and when do I get paid?
By bank transfer within 7 days after each month ends, together with that month's statement.
How do I see what my car earned?
Every month you receive a per-car statement: days rented, rental income, each cost line, net profit and your 70%. You can ask us questions about any line.
        How do I exit early?
Give 60 days' written notice at any time. We settle the final statement and transfer the car back to your name.
What happens at the end of the 24 months?
Your choice: (a) the car is transferred back into your name; (b) we sell it at a price you approve and 100% of the sale price goes to you — we take no commission on the sale; or (c) we extend by written agreement.
        What documents do I need?
Emirates ID or passport, the car's Mulkiya (registration card), the insurance papers, and proof the car has no outstanding finance or lien. The car must be a 2024, 2025 or new 2026 model.
Can I visit or track my car?
Yes — message us any time and we will tell you where the car is and how it is doing. You are welcome to visit our office at Ibn Battuta Gate to see how we operate.
        What returns can I expect?
We never promise fixed or guaranteed returns — anyone who does is not being honest with you. The estimates on this page depend entirely on how many days your car rents and its real costs. The monthly statement shows you the truth, every month.

Ready to put your car to work?

Send us the make, model, year and mileage. We will confirm the value, show you our live rental rate for that model, and explain the agreement line by line — no pressure, no jargon.
