Insurance, servicing and registration are ours to pay for the whole term, and at the end the car is transferred into your name.

Only cars we own outright are listed. A car still financed cannot have its registration transferred, so it is not offered on a plan that ends in ownership.

How It Works

Step 1

Pick the car and the term

Use the calculator above, or tell us the car and the monthly you have in mind and we will work backwards to a term that fits it.

Step 2

Bring three documents

Passport or Emirates ID, your driving licence, and one proof of income — a payslip, a trade licence or three months of bank statements. No credit check, and nothing is filed with the Etihad Credit Bureau.

Step 3

Pay the down payment and drive

The down payment is 15% of the car's value. The car is delivered to you the same or next day, insured and registered in our name for the term.

Step 4

Make the last payment and it is yours

On the final instalment we transfer the registration into your name at the RTA. There is no balloon payment and no buyout fee — the price you agreed is the price you pay.

What is lease to own on a car in Dubai?+

You pay a down payment and then a fixed monthly instalment for 12, 24 or 36 months, and at the end the car is registered in your name. At Pindi Boys Car Rental the down payment is 15% of the car's value and instalments start at AED 1,050 a month. No bank is involved and nothing is reported to the Etihad Credit Bureau.

Can I lease to own a car in Dubai with no credit check?+

Yes. The agreement is directly between you and Pindi Boys Car Rental, so there is no bank approval and no credit check. That is the whole reason the product exists — it is for people a bank will not lend to, usually expats on a new visa and self-employed people without a salary certificate.

How much is the cheapest lease to own car in Dubai?+

AED 1,050 a month over 36 months on the JAC S3 2023, with AED 6,300 down. Over 24 months the same car is AED 1,800 a month.

Do I need a down payment?+

Yes — 15% of the car's value, from AED 6,300. Some companies advertise zero down; that money does not disappear, it is spread across your instalments instead. Paying it up front is what keeps the monthly figure on this page as low as it is.

Is insurance included in a lease to own plan?+

Yes. Comprehensive insurance, servicing and annual registration are all inside the monthly instalment for the whole term, so there is no garage bill or renewal fee on the way to ownership. Salik, fuel and any traffic fines are yours.

What documents do I need?+

Passport or Emirates ID, a valid UAE or accepted international driving licence, and one proof of income — a payslip, a trade licence, or three months of bank statements. Tourists and residents can both apply.

What happens if I stop paying?+

The plan ends and the car comes back to us, the same as a rental that finishes early. You keep no share of the car, so lease to own only makes sense if you are confident you can finish the term. If you are not, a monthly rental is the safer choice and it costs less.

Can I pay it off early and own the car sooner?+

Yes. Settle the remaining instalments at any point and we transfer the registration straight away. There is no early settlement penalty.
