A company does not need a limousine brochure. It needs a car that is outside the hotel at 7:40 when the email said 7:45, a driver who already knows which DIFC gate the meeting is in, a fare that was agreed the day before so nobody argues about it, and a single invoice that finance can process without a phone call. That is the whole service, and it is why we quote it as fixed fares rather than a meter.

The common jobs: a visiting director for two or three days (airport meet & greet, then a car on the day rate so it waits between meetings); a roadshow with back-to-back appointments across Business Bay, DIFC, Media City and Jebel Ali; delegates for a conference week at Dubai World Trade Centre or Expo City, where several cars run a shared schedule; and a standing arrangement for a small executive team who would rather not each keep a car.

The basis is the published chauffeur rate: AED 90 an hour with a minimum booking, or AED 600 for a full day of up to ten hours with the car and driver at your disposal. Airport meet & greet at DXB starts at AED 150 with the first hour of waiting included — send the flight number and we track the actual landing, so a delay is not your problem. Intercity days, for example a meeting in Abu Dhabi, are quoted as one fixed fare.

Multi-car and multi-day bookings are quoted as a single schedule with one total, and we hold that number. Salik, fuel and parking on the agreed route are included; waiting beyond the agreed time and route changes on the day are the only variables, billed at the hourly rate and stated in advance. We are a VAT-registered Dubai LLC, so the invoice is a proper tax invoice.

For one or two executives: Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series or BMW 5 Series. For a team of four to seven with luggage: Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon or Chevrolet Suburban. For delegations and shuttles: Hyundai Staria (11 seats), Toyota Hiace (15) or the Mercedes Sprinter (17). The published day rates below give the scale; the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is there for the occasions that call for it.

A chauffeur is the right answer for the executive and the visitor. For staff who drive themselves, a monthly rental from AED 1,700 or a pooled corporate lease costs a fraction of a driver-and-car day, and we run both from the same office.
