Booking direct versus an aggregator
The figures in the table are what Pindi Boys Car Rental charges. Booking direct means the listed price is the price: there is no booking platform between you and the car, so no commission is added to it and no third party holds your money. An aggregator or comparison site earns a commission on the booking, and that commission has to come from somewhere in the price.
It also matters when something changes. A direct booking is one WhatsApp message to the company that actually owns the car — extending, swapping or cancelling is settled in that conversation rather than through a platform's support queue.
