Delivery and collection are available at an additional charge, confirmed based on your location before booking. At Dubai Airport (DXB), delivery to the terminal is AED 100 and pickup from the terminal is AED 100, each plus 5% VAT; both are free on monthly rentals.
There is no cash deposit. A refundable pre-authorisation is held on your card and released within 21 days of return, provided there are no outstanding traffic fines, Salik charges or damage.
Salik road tolls during your rental are billed at AED 4 off-peak or AED 6 peak per gate, plus 5% VAT (AED 4.20 / AED 6.30), plus AED 1 admin per crossing (+5% VAT), and any traffic fines at the amount charged plus AED 50 admin per fine (+5% VAT).
