OverviewIs the Toyota Yaris the right rental for you?
The Yaris is not the cheapest car we rent — the Suzuki Dzire and MG 3 are AED 500 a month less. What you pay the difference for is a Toyota: the drivetrain everyone in this region already knows, the car every workshop can service, and the one nobody has to think twice about. In a city where fuel is cheap but parking often is not, its size is a genuine advantage on top.
Who it suits. Solo drivers and couples, visitors nervous about handling a big car in Dubai traffic, and anyone who would rather pay a small premium for a Toyota than save AED 500 on a badge they do not know. It slots into the tight parking around Deira and Bur Dubai that larger cars circle for ten minutes looking at.
What it is not. The budget option, nor spacious or quick. Three adults in the back on a long trip is optimistic, the boot handles two cases at most, and overtaking on Sheikh Zayed Road needs planning. If you need room, step up to the Suzuki Ciaz; if you need seats, look at our 7-seaters.

HelpFrequently Asked Questions
No. The Suzuki Dzire and MG 3 start at AED 90/day and AED 1,700/month, and the Baleno and Suzuki Ciaz also sit below the Yaris. The Yaris costs a little more because it is a Toyota — if outright price is your only concern, take the Dzire.
Very. It is one of the least expensive cars in the fleet to fuel, which is why it is popular on long monthly rentals where you are paying for petrol every week.
For one or two people, yes. For a full car of adults going to Abu Dhabi and back, a larger sedan will be a much better afternoon.
That is its strongest argument. The narrow streets and small bays around Deira, Bur Dubai and Satwa are far less stressful in a Yaris than in an SUV.
Yes, at AED 2,200 a month with unlimited mileage. That is around AED 73 a day against AED 100 on the daily rate, so past roughly 22 days the monthly plan is the cheaper way to book it.
Two suitcases comfortably. Three at a squeeze with the rear seat partly down. For an airport run with four people and full luggage, book something bigger.
