A finance team's problem with car rental is rarely the headline rate — it is the lines that appear afterwards. Below is every line we can charge, on a 30-day rental, with the ones that depend on your usage marked as such. There is no premium location fee, no admin fee on tolls or fines, and no compulsory extra sold at handover.
The deposit is not a charge. Pindi Boys Car Rental takes no cash deposit at all: a refundable pre-authorisation is held on the card and released in full within 21 days of return, so it never appears as an expense to reconcile.

Corporate accounts
From three cars Pindi Boys Car Rental runs a monthly account: one invoice at the end of the month with every vehicle itemised, issued under TRN 104422978700001 and Trade Licence 969076 so it can be filed for input VAT without chasing us for paperwork. Drivers are added to the agreement rather than re-contracted each time.
Bookings come by WhatsApp, phone or email and a named person at our end handles them, so an office manager is not re-explaining the arrangement to a call centre. Rates for a standing account are agreed against your expected volume — ask for the account rate rather than booking each car at the published one.
Replacement cars are part of the account: if a vehicle goes in for service or repair, another arrives, and the invoice does not change.

All figures are in AED and exclude 5% UAE VAT. Comprehensive insurance, 250 km a day (unlimited on monthly contracts) and free delivery are included. The weekly rate is seven days at a lower per-day figure than the daily rate.
What you need to send us
- Residents: Emirates ID and UAE driving licence.
- Visitors: passport with entry stamp, visa, home licence and an International Driving Permit where your licence is not exempt.
- A card for the pre-authorisation. No cash deposit is taken; the hold is released within 21 days of return.
Photos on WhatsApp are enough to start the contract — you do not need to come to the office.
