Minimum age: 21 years. A valid driving license, passport, and a valid credit card in the customer’s name are required as a security deposit.

Reservations are subject to availability. Customer must arrive on time at the designated pickup location.

Customer agrees to pay the rental rate as per the contract. Additional charges may apply for extras.

Additional drivers can be added for a fee. They must meet rental requirements.

Insurance options include CDW and liability. Customers may purchase additional coverage as needed. Standard insurance does not include CDW; third-party insurance is extra.

Customers must return the vehicle with the same fuel level. Refueling charges apply if fuel level is lower.

Mileage limit: 250 km/day or 5000 km/month. Excess mileage will be charged accordingly.

A security deposit will be held on the customer’s credit card to cover potential damages, fines, or fees.

Customer must return the vehicle on time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Customer must inspect the vehicle at pickup and report any existing damage. Customer is responsible for all new damage during the rental period.

Customer is responsible for all traffic violations, including fines, black points, and impound fees.

Customer agrees not to misuse the vehicle, including off-road driving, drifting, reckless use, or any illegal activities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle (including cigarettes, vapes, e-shisha, IQOS, etc.). Violation will result in a minimum AED 500 deep cleaning fee. If burn marks or damage occur, full repair charges apply.

Eating and drinking that may cause stains, spills, or smells is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Any food or drink stains will result in a deep cleaning fee starting from AED 250 to AED 500 depending on severity.

Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle under any circumstances. Violation will result in a minimum AED 500 cleaning fee, and any hair, odor, or damage will be charged separately.

Vehicle must be returned in clean condition. Excess dirt, sand, mud, food residue, pet hair, or bad odor will result in deep cleaning charges (AED 150–600) depending on severity.

Disputes will be handled as per UAE Government laws.

Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Rental price includes third-party insurance only. CDW must be purchased separately if required.
