The Customer must meet the following requirements to rent a vehicle from PINDI BOYS CAR RENTAL L.L.C
– Be at least 21 years old.
– Possess a valid driver’s license.
– Present a valid credit card in their name as a security deposit.

Reservations: Reservations are subject to availability. Please arrive at the designated pickup location at the specified time to secure your reservation.

Rental Rate: The Customer agrees to pay the rental rate as per contract. Additional charges may apply for extra services and options.

Additional Drivers: Additional drivers may be added to this rental agreement for a fee. All additional drivers must meet the rental eligibility requirements.

Insurance: Insurance options are available, including Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and liability insurance. The Customer may purchase insurance coverage as needed. Insurance included the price is standard Third party insurance only and Full compressive insurance is available an additional charge.

Fuel Policy: The Customer agrees to return the vehicle with same fuel level, as it was at the start of the rental. A refueling fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank.

Mileage Limitations: A mileage limit of 250 Kilometers/per day and 5000 Kilometers/per Month is included in this rental. Additional charges will apply if this limit is exceeded.

Security Deposit: A security deposit will be held on the Customer’s credit card to cover potential damages, fines, or fees.

Late Returns: The Customer is responsible for returning the vehicle on time. Late returns may result in additional charges.

Vehicle Damage: The Customer will inspect the vehicle at pickup and note any existing damage on this agreement. The Customer is responsible for any new damage to the vehicle during the rental period.

Traffic Violations and Fines: The Customer is responsible for any traffic violations and fines occurred during the rental period. Incase of any major fine which includes black points or impounding. The company has right to charge back the amount from customers Credit card.

Prohibited Use: The Customer agrees not to use the vehicle for prohibited purposes, such as off-road driving or in violation of any laws.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation start time may incur a cancellation fee of AED 100.
Age Restrictions:Additional fees or restrictions may apply for drivers under 25 or over 75 years old.

Smoking and Pets: Smoking and pets are prohibited in the vehicle. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between the Customer and the rental company will be resolved in accordance with the laws of UAE Government.
